About the role
Own reliability and operational integrity of a global fleet spanning GCP, AWS, and bare-metal infrastructure. Build self-healing automation, harden provisioning workflows, and embed observability. Partner with SWE teams to define production-readiness criteria.
What you'll do
- Develop production-grade automation in Ansible and Go for bare-metal provisioning and hardware lifecycle
- Design and implement fault-tolerant provisioning systems with self-healing capabilities
- Develop telemetry pipelines for hardware and system monitoring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum processes
- Partner with SWE teams to define and enforce production-readiness criteria
What they're looking for
- Experience with Go and Ansible for automation
- Knowledge of bare-metal provisioning and hardware lifecycle (IPMI/Redfish)
- Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Victoria Metrics, Telegraf
- Familiarity with cloud platforms GCP and AWS
- Site Reliability Engineering experience
