About the role
Director of Site Reliability Engineering leading SRE teams to drive 99.99%+ availability across a cloud security platform processing hundreds of billions of daily transactions. Owns system architecture, automated incident mitigation, and 24/7 operational reliability while scaling engineering talent across India and global HQ. Reports to VP Engineering in Cloud Infrastructure & Operations.
What you'll do
- Take end-to-end operational accountability for availability, latency, and performance of Tier-0 and Tier-1 platforms
- Enforce SLAs, SLOs, and error budgets while reducing MTTD, MTTA, and MTTR
- Oversee capacity planning, resource forecasting, and efficiency efforts
- Implement high-signal alerting frameworks and actionable runbooks
- Lead Production Engineering across India, coaching technical leadership on strategy and organizational scaling

- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies
- Experience leading SRE teams and driving operational rigor
