About the role
Senior Full Stack Engineer to build conversational AI voice applications, owning end-to-end development from prototyping voice interaction to deployment and maintenance. Focus on integrating LLM and speech services for training simulations.
What you'll do
- Build working two-way voice prototypes with responsive audio, turn-taking, and interruption handling
- Implement customer role simulation with persona, objections, and natural endings
- Convert training material into configurable, versioned scenarios and rubrics
- Produce evidence-based scores and balanced coaching with PDF generation
- Store learner and scenario records, implement usage allowances and limits
- Deploy and maintain application, manage environments and secrets, monitor latency
What they're looking for
- Proven ownership of at least one working two-way voice application
- Strong frontend with TypeScript and React; browser audio capture and playback
- Backend development in Python (FastAPI) or Node.js with TypeScript; REST APIs, WebSockets/WebRTC
- Practical integration of LLM and speech services (speech-to-speech or ASR+LLM+TTS)
- Prompt and context design, structured model outputs, scenario grounding
- Third-party API integration, SQL databases like PostgreSQL, PDF generation
- Automated testing, Git, Docker, cloud environment
