About the role
Edge Software & Security Engineer building secure, scalable edge platforms with secure boot, cryptographic services, device identity, and OTA updates. Integrates TPMs, TEEs, and secure elements for hardware-rooted trust across large device fleets. Senior (10+ years) onsite role in Bangalore.
What you'll do
- Design edge platform services, frameworks, and tooling for embedded environments
- Build secure-by-design capabilities: secure boot, crypto services, trusted storage, device identity
- Design resilient OTA update systems for firmware, OS, and edge applications
- Implement device lifecycle management: provisioning, onboarding, configuration, retirement
- Implement supply chain security: firmware signing, SBOM, artifact provenance
- Integrate TPMs, TEEs, and secure elements; build attestation and trust verification
What they're looking for
- 10+ years in edge, embedded, platform, or security engineering
- Strong development in Python, Go, C/C++, or Rust
- Embedded Linux, containerized apps, or edge computing experience
- Hands-on secure boot, TPMs, secure elements, key management, hardware-rooted trust
- Knowledge of OTA architectures, packaging, and fleet deployment
- Secure supply chain: code signing, SBOMs, artifact provenance
