Senior Product Security Engineer for implantable and connected medical-device platforms, owning cybersecurity architecture, threat modeling, secure boot, and secure provisioning. What you'll do
- Define cybersecurity architecture and requirements for implantable devices, programmers, controllers, and gateways
- Apply Security-by-Design and Defense-in-Depth across hardware, firmware, and interfaces
- Design secure boot, HSM/secure-element integration, key management, and device identity
- Lead threat modeling, security risk analysis, and attack-surface analysis across the lifecycle
- Define secure BLE and wireless communication plus secure eFOTA and firmware updates
- Integrate cybersecurity into development, manufacturing, verification, and regulatory submissions
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's in Computer Engineering, EE, CS, Cybersecurity or related with 4 years experience, or Master's with 2 years
- Extensive embedded/IoT security, firmware, or connected-device experience
- Foreign degrees must satisfy 8 C.F.R. requirements
- Strong background in cryptography, secure boot, and threat modeling
- Experience with medical-device cybersecurity evidence and regulatory compliance
