What you'll do
- Lead process control engineering and automation projects
- Develop control strategies, standards, and philosophies
- Optimize processes via PID tuning, APC, MPC, and analytics
- Support DCS, PLC, SCADA, SIS, and ESD systems
- Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance
- Lead commissioning, start-up, troubleshooting, and RCA activities

- Bachelor's in Chemical, Instrumentation, Electrical & Instrumentation, or Control Engineering
- 12-18 years in Oil & Gas, LNG, Refining, or Petrochemical industries
- 5+ years in a leadership role
