About the role
Platform Engineer to design, build, and run an internal developer platform on Azure using GitOps and IaC. Owns platform stability, performance, and cost, with a 99.99% uptime target. Hands-on role automating infrastructure and improving observability.
What you'll do
- Build and operate internal developer platform with self-service capabilities
- Design and maintain secure Azure infrastructure using Terraform
- Own platform stability and availability against 99.99% uptime target
- Drive cloud cost optimisation and cost visibility
- Run GitOps-based delivery on Kubernetes with FluxCD
- Build and evolve Azure DevOps pipelines for reliable deployments
What they're looking for
- 7-10 years hands-on experience in platform engineering or infrastructure
- Must-have: FluxCD, Terraform, Azure cloud
- Experience with Kubernetes and Docker
- Experience with GitOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of observability (metrics, logs, traces)
- Experience with high availability and disaster recovery
