About the role
Lead DevOps Engineer to build and operate cloud infrastructure and CI/CD for Kobie's Data and AI teams, including an internal agent platform on Dataiku with Snowflake. You own infrastructure-as-code, Kubernetes, observability, security controls, and incident response, working closely with U.S. Engineering and AI teams.
What you'll do
- Build roadmap for DevOps and observability in Data & AI teams
- Design and build cloud infrastructure as code with Terraform (or Pulumi/CloudFormation) across AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Own CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI including security scanning and deployment strategies
- Operate Kubernetes clusters and container workloads with Helm, ArgoCD, or Flux
- Build observability with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK, or Datadog
- Implement security controls (IAM, SSO, Vault/KMS, policy-as-code) and lead incident response
What they're looking for
- 10+ years experience
- Strong scripting in Python, Bash, or Go
- Hands-on production experience with CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, container orchestration, observability
- Working knowledge of Terraform, Kubernetes, and at least one major cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Comfortable writing SQL
- Automation with Git and CI tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins
