About the role
Senior Software Engineer - Automation & Tooling to design and maintain automation frameworks, tools, and scripts for engineering efficiency and product quality. Acts as technical leader in QA automation, mentoring and driving org-wide improvements.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks, tools, and scripts
- Write production-grade code and contribute to test automation ecosystem
- Provide architectural input for automation solutions and set coding standards
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify quality challenges
- Drive adoption of new technologies and methodologies
- Mentor junior engineers and run knowledge-sharing sessions
