About the role
Director of Engineering owning the Third-Party Audiences product within the data layer, leading ~10 engineers. Focus on data ingestion, processing architecture, and AI-native SDLC for Zeta's marketing data cloud.
What you'll do
- Lead Prospect Audiences team of ~10 engineers
- Guide roadmap delivery with quality and timeliness
- Shape long-range roadmap with product and business teams
- Partner with architects on data ingestion architecture
- Recruit, mentor, and develop talent
- Own system end-to-end including production and on-call

- Experience leading large-scale data systems and teams
- Deep expertise in batch and real-time data processing
- Experience with Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Iceberg, Airflow, Spark
