About the role
Lead a team of Project Managers delivering quantitative and qualitative research studies for Life Sciences and Pharma clients. Own day-to-day delivery, client relationships, and operational efficiency for a portfolio of studies in a rapidly expanding India delivery organization.
What you'll do
- Lead and coach a team of Project Managers delivering Life Sciences and Pharma studies.
- Serve as primary delivery point of contact for Life Sciences clients, translating study requirements into execution plans.
- Drive workforce efficiency initiatives for speed, quality, and innovation.
- Resolve feasibility gaps, delivery risk, and client escalations.
- Improve delivery visibility using project management and CRM tools.
- Partner with sampling, programming, and commercial teams to protect quality and timelines.
What they're looking for
- 5+ years in healthcare, life sciences, or pharma delivery.
- 3+ years of direct people leadership, coaching PMs or similar.
- Comfort with research delivery tooling (Decipher, scheduling platforms, Salesforce).
- Track record of growing and retaining client relationships.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru, hybrid 2+ days a week.
- Ability to work a shift covering global clients and aligning with delivery leaders across time zones.
