About the role
Implementation Engineer responsible for onboarding new clients, providing Tier 1 technical support, and ensuring data quality for assigned clients. Client-facing role at intersection of onboarding, troubleshooting, and customer enablement. Hybrid with 2 days work from home per week.
What you'll do
- Lead client onboarding including project planning and setup
- Support installation and configuration of BlueOptima platform
- Provide Tier 1 technical support and resolve integration issues
- Monitor and manage ongoing client data health
- Train client-side system administrators
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product on feature rollouts

- 4+ years in technical client-facing role
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic Linux skills
- Basic Docker and Kubernetes experience
- Basic SQL skills
- Basic bash scripting
