About the role
Senior Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for enterprise web applications. Strong expertise in Playwright with TypeScript and Selenium required; migrate Selenium frameworks to Playwright and mentor junior engineers.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions using Playwright and TypeScript.
- Migrate and modernize existing Selenium-based automation frameworks to Playwright.
- Develop reusable automation components using Page Object Model (POM) and framework best practices.
- Create and execute UI, API, regression, smoke, and sanity test suites.
- Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor junior automation engineers and perform code reviews.
What they're looking for
- 5+ years of overall QA Automation experience.
- 2-3+ years of hands-on experience in Playwright with TypeScript.
- Strong experience in Selenium WebDriver.
- Experience in framework development using Page Object Model (POM).
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, or related programming languages.
- Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub, or similar version control tools.
