Experienced Analog Layout Design Engineer for Power Business Unit, working on controllers, drivers, DC-DC converters. Involves block-level to full-chip layout, mentoring, and design innovation.
What you'll do
- Perform analog layout design from block to full chip
- Floorplan and layout analog circuits (charge pumps, amplifiers, etc.)
- Manage small group of engineers and mentor new graduates
- Ensure die-level integration and package interactions
- Apply analog layout matching and reliability techniques
- Collaborate with circuit and layout teams
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering
- 7+ years in Analog Layout Design
- Knowledge of DRC, LVS, Packaging flows
- Experience with Virtuoso XL, Calibre, PVS
- Scripting skills in Python, Perl, TCL
- Understanding of IC Layout and package design
