What you'll do
- Lead and scale the GenAI engineering team
- Partner with Product and Data Science on tech roadmap
- Design backend systems spanning multiple frontier models
- Champion observability, performance, cost efficiency and resilience
- Foster high-ownership, data-driven engineering culture
- Set goals, execution plans and track progress

- Full-stack expertise with Python and JS (React or Next)
- Architectural or distributed systems experience
- High-scale databases: MySQL, NoSQL (Cassandra, Redis, DynamoDB)
