About the role
Senior Staff Solution Architect in the R&D Customer Engineering organisation, partnering with strategic Design Partner customers. Bridges customer needs with Product Management and Engineering to shape product direction and design scalable governance solutions.
What you'll do
- Partner directly with enterprise customers to understand business objectives, technical requirements, and strategic priorities
- Lead discovery workshops, architecture reviews, solution assessments, and technical design sessions
- Translate customer needs into scalable solution architectures, implementation strategies, and reusable design patterns
- Bridge customer requirements with Product Management and Engineering teams to influence roadmap priorities
- Design secure, scalable, and resilient enterprise solutions across workflows, integrations, APIs, data models, and governance processes
- Create reference architectures, best practices, and implementation standards
