About the role
Senior Staff Software Engineer on the AI Governance Engineering team, responsible for shaping and building OneTrust's next-generation AI Governance platform. Acts as a technical leader, influencing architecture and driving scalable, secure, and highly available services.
What you'll do
- Serve as a deep technical expert across the AI Governance platform
- Drive technical strategy, architecture decisions, and platform evolution
- Partner with Product, Architecture, and Engineering leaders to translate vision into technical roadmaps
- Lead design and delivery of scalable, secure, and highly available services
- Provide technical leadership across multiple initiatives and engineering teams
- Mentor engineers and elevate engineering excellence through architecture reviews and best practices
