About the role
Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable services and distributed systems for an AI-enabled healthcare insights platform. Hands-on role with backend focus, mentoring, and integrating AI capabilities.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and maintain scalable services and distributed systems
- Write high-quality, testable, and maintainable code
- Partner with LITE team and cross-functional product squads to integrate AI capabilities
- Lead technical design discussions and mentor junior engineers
- Optimize system performance, reliability, and observability
- Collaborate with Product Managers to refine requirements
What they're looking for
- 6–10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience building production-grade systems
- Strong expertise in at least one backend language (Java, Python, Go, C#)
- Frontend or full-stack experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React.js or Next.js
- Experience designing and scaling distributed systems, microservices, or cloud-native architectures
- Strong experience with RESTful APIs
- Solid understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and messaging systems
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP
