About the role
Senior Product Owner translating product strategy into prioritized features, user stories and acceptance criteria, and owning day-to-day delivery for assigned products. Initially supports digital workforce, knowledge-management and AI-enabled capabilities.
What you'll do
- Own assigned products and capabilities from feature definition through delivery and adoption
- Translate strategy and requirements into features, epics, stories and acceptance criteria
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog
- Make feature-level scope, sequencing and trade-off decisions
- Partner with engineering through planning, development, testing and release
- Coordinate dependencies across architecture, data, AI, security, legal and operations
