About the role
Product Owner for Kobie's Alchemy Loyalty Cloud within its new India Tech Hub. Owns business logic and platform rules, translating complex requirements into precise specs for AI-assisted development and driving agile delivery for enterprise loyalty programs.
What you'll do
- Lead roadmap enhancements to Kobie Alchemy Loyalty Cloud
- Translate business requirements into precise specifications
- Manage product backlog, dependencies and priorities
- Collaborate with teams to resolve development challenges
- Track and communicate progress across releases
- Own and evolve business logic for the platform
What they're looking for
- 5+ years as Product Owner, BSA or PM
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery
- Web software, API, batch integration experience
- Strong complex business logic and specification skills
- Loyalty industry experience preferred
- PMI-PBA/CBAP/CSPO/PSPO certification a plus
