About the role
Product Owner serves as content authority for an Agile team, driving AI-powered HR Service Delivery through ServiceNow Now Assist. The role owns a portfolio of AI-driven HR products, manages the team backlog, and bridges HR stakeholders and Agile development teams.
What you'll do
- Provide vision and direction for AI-driven HR Service Delivery using ServiceNow Now Assist
- Manage and prioritize the team backlog and user stories for AI HR features
- Represent HR stakeholders to the Agile team and ensure adequate prepared tasks
- Assess value and prioritize backlog items based on business impact
- Lead release cycle planning and set delivery expectations for AI functionality
- Establish story acceptance criteria and accept stories into the baseline

- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Now Assist and HR Service Delivery
- Understanding of agentic AI, generative AI, and intelligent automation in HR
- Advanced knowledge of SAFe practices and application
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
