About the role
Senior Product Owner for Flix's Search team, owning the vision, strategy and roadmap for search across web, app and AI-native channels. Role drives the Search transformation into a personalised, intelligent discovery experience that boosts conversion and demand signals.
What you'll do
- Set and communicate product vision and strategy for Search
- Identify and prioritise opportunities in ranking, relevance, personalisation and query understanding
- Use conversion, query and customer feedback data to guide product decisions
- Lead discovery and delivery with engineering, UX, data and commercial teams
- Align stakeholders on trade-offs, metrics and roadmap priorities
- Explore AI-native and conversational discovery surfaces
What they're looking for
- 8+ years of product management experience
- Ownership of a search, discovery, marketplace or recommendation product
- Data-informed with funnel and query-level insight capability
- Comfortable with technical topics like APIs, ranking, ML and architecture
- Strong communicator across engineering, UX, data, business
- Fluent in English
