Senior Product Manager (f/m/d)

About the role
Owns the end-to-end lifecycle of IDnow's automated identity verification platform, from market discovery and roadmap to delivery. Immediate focus is driving customer migrations to a new platform due to regulatory change, later broadening to new capabilities.
What you'll do
- Define measurable business outcomes and KPIs for adoption, quality and satisfaction
- Maintain an outcome-focused roadmap aligned with leadership and sales
- Translate roadmap into epics, user stories and acceptance criteria; lead backlog refinement
- Triage incidents, coordinate fixes and run post-incident reviews
- Support customer migrations, cutover plans and deprecation strategies
- Engage customers with Sales and Customer Success to validate value propositions
What they're looking for
- Degree in Business, Computer Science or related field
- 8 years in product roles with end-to-end ownership
- Proven customer-facing experience
- Technical fluency in APIs and architecture
- Agile proficiency with Jira/Confluence
- German and English
