About the role
Senior PM at the intersection of enterprise operations, AI systems and platform strategy. Owns product decisions for AI agents automating enterprise workflows on top of ERP systems like SAP, Oracle and Dynamics, defining what becomes reusable platform versus customer-specific.
What you'll do
- Work with enterprise customers to understand operational workflows and pain points
- Translate customer realities into scalable product and platform decisions
- Define roadmap priorities across platform, workflow and AI capabilities
- Collaborate with engineering on architecture and product tradeoffs
- Identify recurring customer patterns and turn them into reusable product abstractions
- Help define long-term platform strategy and improve customer feedback loops
