About the role
Senior PM leading strategy for Business Application Development product, covering purchases, subscriptions, organization administration, and usage-based services. Owns the end-to-end licensing and administration ecosystem, working with engineering, design, and commercial teams.
What you'll do
- Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for BAD systems
- Uncover user friction through research, support data, and telemetry
- Map and improve end-to-end customer journeys
- Partner with engineering, design, analytics, and QA through launch
- Define and track product metrics for adoption and conversion
- Communicate product direction and trade-offs to stakeholders
What they're looking for
- Proven track record managing complex SaaS, enterprise, or B2B products
- Experience driving product discovery and roadmap prioritization
- Experience navigating complex customer journeys and dependencies
- Data-informed decision making using telemetry and metrics
- Ability to work alongside engineering on APIs and data models
- Fluency in English
