About the role
Consultport, a two-sided marketplace connecting brands with consultants, seeks a (Senior) Product Manager obsessed with product-led growth. The role owns PLG strategy — activation, onboarding, habit loops, expansion — turning the product into the best sales channel by removing friction and running experiments.
What you'll do
- Own PLG strategy: activation, onboarding, habit loops, expansion
- Define metrics, run experiments, kill what doesn't work
- Work with Engineering, Design, Data in an Agile setup
- Remove friction in consultant and client journey
- Align product motions with Sales and Management
What they're looking for
- 3+ years PM experience, ideally marketplace or SaaS
- Knows PLG and has shipped it
- Uses AI tools daily
- Sharp analytical skills, data-driven
- Strong English (C1 minimum)
- Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin for onsite role
