About the role
Senior PMO role at Capco managing and executing the PMO for transformation programs in financial services. Owns transformation planning, reporting, RAID, steering committee facilitation, financials and resource planning.
What you'll do
- Execute PMO office functions: transformation planning, reporting, control, and change management
- Maintain RAID framework and manage dependencies
- Prepare documentation and minutes for steering bodies
- Facilitate workshops and decision-making meetings
- Interface between central and decentralized PMOs across programs
- Oversee financials and resource planning; support reporting with Jira, dbClarity, PowerBI

- Proven experience in Project/Program PMO
- Strong stakeholder management across geographies
- Experience with global financial services customers
- Expertise in program financials, budgeting and tracking
- RAID log management proficiency
