About the role
Lead end-to-end delivery of capital projects in corporate interior fit-outs and refurbishments, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety and commercial requirements. Acts as primary client contact and coordinates stakeholders, vendors and contracts.
What you'll do
- Own project delivery from initiation through planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, handover and closeout
- Establish project objectives, execution plans, governance and communication protocols
- Act as single point of contact for the client and build senior stakeholder relationships
- Manage project schedules, budgets, cost plans, forecasts and variance reporting
- Administer consultant, contractor and vendor contracts including claims, variations and change orders
- Monitor construction through site visits, inspections and progress reviews
What they're looking for
- 9-12 years in project management / PMC
- Preferred background in MEP with capability to manage C&I projects
- Exposure to corporate interior fit-outs, refurbishments and retrofits
- Experience coordinating consultants, contractors and vendors
- Knowledge of construction project delivery and contract administration
