About the role
Technical Program Manager leading enterprise transformation, AI/GenAI, and cloud modernization programs. Requires an engineering background progressed into program management, with ownership of program governance, budgeting, portfolio delivery, and pre-sales solutioning.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology and transformation programs
- Drive AI/GenAI, cloud migration, application modernization, and digital transformation
- Own program governance, budgeting, resource planning, risk management, and executive reporting
- Manage a portfolio of programs aligned to business objectives
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Business leaders on technology roadmaps
- Support pre-sales, solutioning, estimation, RFP/RFI responses, and client presentations
What they're looking for
- 10-18 years experience
- Engineering background progressed from Software Engineer/Technical Lead/Solution Architect
- Hands-on experience in Java, Python, .NET, or other enterprise technologies
- Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Knowledge of AI/GenAI, LLMs, Machine Learning concepts, and modern data platforms
- Microservices, APIs, Kafka, Event-Driven Architecture, Distributed Systems
- Agile, Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD, Program Governance
- Strong client-facing, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills
