About the role
Senior program manager owning enablement for a Customer Success audience, running enablement like a product line. Turns stakeholder roadmaps and pain points into structured programs, including learning journeys. Reports to Manager, CS Enablement.
What you'll do
- Own the enablement roadmap for an assigned CS audience aligned to function priorities
- Act as named owner for stakeholders, running monthly syncs and maintaining relationships
- Build business cases for each initiative to ensure clear value
- Coordinate across pillars to deliver onboarding, new-hire, intermediate, and advanced learning journeys
- Report quarterly on links between programs and at least two business outcomes
What they're looking for
- 7+ years in program management, enablement, or a customer-facing CS/PS role
- Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools
- Track record owning stakeholder relationships and delivering structured programs end to end
- Strong business-case and prioritisation discipline
- Excellent communication skills
