About the role
Senior Developer Relations Engineer to build and scale a global developer community around HackerRank's core products. Responsible for curating community-sourced coding challenges, nurturing talent, and acting as a champion for developers while partnering with internal teams on product and growth.
What you'll do
- Build and manage a global network of experts to create coding challenges
- Curate a community-sourced pipeline of high-quality hands-on questions with problem descriptions, solutions, hints, and guidelines
- Nurture community participation, support developer success, and measure engagement signals
- Identify, recruit, and collaborate with developer champions, contributors, and influencers
- Act as a bridge between community, product, and growth teams

- Hands-on experience writing code, building sample apps, or shipping technical projects
- Strong technical foundation in at least one mainstream programming language and stack
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Genuine passion for developers and empathy for their workflows
- Technical community building and developer advocacy experience
