About the role
Assistant Manager role in Meesho's Fulfilment & Experience team, owning problem identification, strategy, and execution for logistics and fulfilment programs. Requires generalist problem-solving and coordination with product, planning, and business finance teams.
What you'll do
- Build strategy for program expansion and own key scaling decisions
- Monitor logistics control tower metrics and improve fulfilment performance
- Work with planning and bizfin teams on allocation changes
- Drive ops rigour with operations teams via insights for interventions
- Engage leadership as stakeholders in business reviews
What they're looking for
- B.Tech from a premium undergraduate college
- 2-4 years experience in logistics, e-commerce/quick commerce, or D2C startups
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding written and spoken communication
- Control tower experience in e-commerce/logistics preferred
- MBA with 1-2 years experience preferred
