About the role
Capco seeks a Project Manager/Business Analysis lead for banking projects, coordinating delivery across DevOps pods and Product Owners. The role manages project dependencies, risks, status reporting, project plans, JIRA hygiene, and vendor oversight, within a multi-team Agile and Waterfall environment.
What you'll do
- Coordinate delivery activity across IT DevOps pods to meet Sprint and roadmap milestones
- Manage multi-team dependencies, risks, and project status reporting
- Create and own project plans, including short-term Scrum and longer-range planning
- Oversee JIRA updates and ensure JIRA hygiene across pods
- Collaborate with Product Owners and BAs to ensure requirements are fit-for-purpose and translated into epics/stories
- Partner with and oversee vendor activity
What they're looking for
- Multiple years of Project Management experience in Waterfall and Agile environments
- Expertise with Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum frameworks in product development
- Scrum Master background or exposure
- Thorough understanding of project management practices
- Experience of large projects/programmes
- Works within a vendor environment
