About the role
Zinnov seeks a Project Lead to run its startup-collaboration engine within its Global Excellence practice. The role owns the startup journey from sourcing and selection through pilots to adoption and go-to-market, acting as first point of contact for founders and clients. It requires startup ecosystem credibility and a founder network.
What you'll do
- Track emerging innovation models and startup-ecosystem shifts, translating them into program evolution
- Scout and source startups that fit program technology and business challenges
- Run custom evaluations and explore synergies between startups and enterprises
- Own the end-to-end operational spine of the program day-to-day
- Manage client and founder relationships from first contact to landed outcome
What they're looking for
- Background in the startup ecosystem, accelerator/incubator operations, corporate innovation, VC, or founder experience
- Existing founder relationships and judgement to distinguish real pilots from theatre
- Experience running open innovation programs or startup collaboration
- Client-facing and high-ownership mindset
- Strong communication and independent thinking
