About the role
Capco seeks a Managing Principal to lead banking transformation and team growth across Tier 1 banking clients in Chennai. The role combines client leadership, large multi-year programme delivery, people practice building, and commercial management, with workforce/operating model transformation as a desirable area.
What you'll do
- Build and manage C-level relationships across banking clients and support deal origination
- Lead complex multi-year transformation programmes across operations and technology
- Drive target operating model design and implementation
- Build and scale high-performing consulting teams in Chennai and India
- Own revenue growth, utilisation, margin, and financial governance
- Lead workforce transformation and capacity planning initiatives
What they're looking for
- 15+ years of consulting experience in financial services (banking)
- Senior leadership experience at Director / Managing Principal level
- Large-scale transformation programme experience (Ops, Tech, Data)
- Deep banking transformation, operations or technology expertise
- Target Operating Model design and implementation experience
- Workforce/capacity management exposure desirable
