About the role
Associate Technical Program Manager II managing high-mix, low-volume manufacturing projects between U.S. customers and manufacturing partners. Owns work order distribution, production issue resolution, change orders and continuous improvement for on-time, on-budget delivery.
What you'll do
- Manage projects through full execution against scope, budget and timeline
- Mitigate risks and coordinate internal and external stakeholders
- Schedule and distribute manufacturing work orders to partner network
- Resolve technical production questions from manufacturers
- Manage post-sale change requests and drive workflow improvements

- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Hands-on CNC machining knowledge (a must)
- Familiarity with 3D printing, injection molding or sheet metal
- Strong project management and stakeholder skills
