About the role
The Manager, PMO - Client and Partner Development leads complex client-facing and internal projects within a forward-deployed PMO team. Responsibilities cover enterprise implementation, strategic initiatives, governance, and stakeholder management, with a finance/technology domain preference.
What you'll do
- Implement products for new, large, complex enterprise clients
- Execute internal strategic projects and recommend operational improvements
- Create, track, and coordinate complex project plans within scope and budget
- Oversee deliverables across distributed cross-functional teams and clients
- Manage risks pre-emptively, escalate to Strategic Program Managers
- Mentor peers on project management skills
What they're looking for
- 6-11 years of project management or consulting experience
- Preferably background in finance or technology
- Experience in investment operations functions highly preferred
- Strong stakeholder influence up to C-level
- Proficiency in project governance and client solution delivery
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel; data modeling a plus
