About the role
Associate Strategic Program Manager supporting the Strategic Program Management team on complex customer manufacturing programs, coordinating cross-functional teams to keep product launches on time, on budget and at quality. Requires overnight IST hours aligned to US Pacific time and 10% annual travel.
What you'll do
- Support execution of complex customer programs
- Coordinate with Sales, Costing & DFM, Quality and Logistics teams
- Maintain program status across multiple systems
- Track milestones and support timeline adjustments
- Handle customer change requests and process improvements

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering
- 3+ years manufacturing operations experience or 1-2 years related
- Strong organizational and program management skills
- Willingness to work overnight IST for US PST overlap
- 10% annual travel
