About the role
Deltek is hiring an AI Product Manager to join its AI Center of Excellence. The role owns internal AI-powered products, bridging stakeholder needs, agentic AI capabilities, and engineering execution. You'll define roadmaps, write PRDs, and drive delivery from kickoff to release.
What you'll do
- Contribute to product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered products
- Identify business opportunities where AI can create measurable value
- Author PRDs with goals, KPIs, requirements, dependencies, and risks
- Define personas and document current- and future-state processes
- Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria; validate with business users
- Prioritize and maintain the backlog; lead scrum ceremonies and drive delivery
