About the role
Senior Product Manager for Value-Based Care Analytics & Performance team within Clinicals division. Responsible for defined problem spaces in VBC analytics roadmap, integrating AI responsibly, and working with scrum teams to deliver AI-driven features improving clinical decision-making and outcomes.
What you'll do
- Drive product vision incorporating AI-enabled capabilities, predictive insights, and automation
- Translate product strategy into outcome-based roadmaps
- Lead early-stage discovery and validate concepts with users
- Define epics and user stories with functional and AI behavior requirements
- Work with scrum teams to prioritize and ensure delivery
- Participate in scrum ceremonies and own maintenance of core products
- Define product success metrics and monitor post-release performance
- Partner with UX, Analytics, and Data Science for AI feature measurement
