About the role
Owns strategy, vision and roadmap for Agentic AI hiring products (CoCaller, HireMate, AI Interviews) within Info Edge's Agentic Business. Manages full product lifecycle and partners with engineering, marketing, sales and customer success to drive product-led outcomes.
What you'll do
- Own product strategy, vision and roadmap for one or two Agentic AI products
- Manage full product lifecycle from roadmap to conceptualization to delivery
- Collaborate across ecosystem and cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, sales, CS)
- Suggest and execute growth hacks
- Deeply analyze product metrics and validate launch success
What they're looking for
- 4-8 years of hands-on product management experience
- Track record building products in a collaborative/matrix environment
- Track record of building a product-led successful business
- Data-driven decision making
- Comfort with fast-paced, unstructured environments and minimal supervision
