About the role
Lead Product Manager (AI) for Mastercard's Business & Market Insights group, owning strategy and roadmap for an AI agent platform serving issuers and acquirers. Enables non-technical financial operations teams to surface insights and act on reconciliation data via natural language.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end product strategy and prioritized backlog for the AI agent platform
- Drive customer discovery with issuers and acquirers; turn pain points into requirements
- Translate PoC findings into scoped product briefs with acceptance criteria
- Define agent capability roadmap balancing autonomy, data and compliance
- Set outcome-oriented success metrics for each agent
- Own compliance and governance interface with legal, security and risk

- Ability to evaluate AI feasibility and build-vs-buy decisions
