About the role
Senior Product Designer to lead design of conversational AI, copilots, and agentic workflows for enterprise AI products. The role bridges complex technology and intuitive user experiences, covering discovery, information architecture, and interaction design for GUI and conversational interfaces.
What you'll do
- Lead product discovery and user research for enterprise workflows
- Architect complex information systems and interaction models for AI assistants
- Develop end-to-end agentic workflows for multi-step enterprise tasks
- Collaborate with product and engineering on the AI copilot roadmap
- Evangelize design best practices for generative AI, including trust and human-in-the-loop
What they're looking for
- 5+ years of product design experience with significant AI/ML focus
- Proven track record designing conversational AI, copilots, or agentic workflows
- Strong product discovery and rapid prototyping skills
- Experience with information architecture and multi-turn dialogue design
- Mastery of GUI and CUI interaction design
- Experience building enterprise tools; expertise in Figma
