What you'll do
- Partner with Product and Engineering to translate requirements into design solutions
- Lead design from concept through wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes
- Conduct user research including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and competitive analysis
- Synthesize research insights and present to cross-functional teams
- Design user-friendly interfaces aligned with brand and design system
- Contribute to and maintain the MoEngage Design System

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Strong UX/UI design skills across web and mobile
- Experience with user research methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process
