About the role
Design Analyst role within Capco's Finance on the cloud capability, supporting Liquidity reporting and ALCM domain. The position involves requirement analysis, functional solution design, and change delivery for regulatory reporting projects.
What you'll do
- Lead cloud requirements (L1 & L2) for regulatory reporting
- Find optimal design solutions by interacting with stakeholders
- Prepare and maintain project documents including functional designs and technical design
- Engage in change delivery stages: design, testing, implementation
- Obtain stakeholder sign-off on changes
- Highlight project risks and ensure timelines and budgets are met
What they're looking for
- Techno-functional skills preferred
- Experience in Finance and/or regulatory reporting execution and delivery
- Knowledge of Liquidity and IRRBB reporting rules
- Strong documentation skills (Microsoft Office)
- Experience with complex change projects and business analysis
- Understanding of HSBC group structures, values, and processes
