About the role
PM for the Integrations team at an AI customer communication platform. Owns integrations, public API, and webhooks end-to-end—designing API surfaces, agent tooling, and developer experience—working directly with the founder/CPO and embedding with 4-6 engineers.
What you'll do
- Own integrations, public API, and webhooks end-to-end: strategy, spec, build, launch, measure
- Build tools that turn AI agents into systems that close loops (CRM, bookings, handover, workflows)
- Stay close to customers and partners weekly and dig into data
- Embed with 4-6 engineers, set metrics, own movement
- Treat public API and webhooks as a product with DX, docs, and roadmap
- Drive launch positioning and awareness (no product marketing team)

- Engineering background or serious hands-on coding experience
- Ability to design API surfaces and debate OAuth and webhook patterns
- Credibility with senior engineers and external partner teams
