About the role
Technical Lead Engineer supporting Motive's internal technical support organization. Acts as an internal technical enablement expert for TSEs, coaching them on product knowledge and troubleshooting. Not responsible for direct customer communication.
What you'll do
- Assist TSEs with complex issues and next troubleshooting steps
- Review TSE investigations and provide coaching
- Build TSE knowledge of products, workflows, hardware, integrations
- Model structured troubleshooting and evidence-based conclusions
- Review and improve quality of TSE escalations to Backline

- Experience as a Technical Lead Engineer
- Strong troubleshooting and investigation discipline
- Knowledge of Motive products and hardware
- Ability to coach and mentor TSEs
