About the role
Hands-on Security Architect (IC) leading Meesho's AI-Powered Security Engineering charter. Owns AI security architecture, secure-by-default SDLC guardrails for human and AI developers, red teaming, and Zero-Trust identity controls for autonomous agents. Mentors engineers without direct reports and partners with ML, DevOps, and Platform teams.
What you'll do
- Define AI security architecture roadmap and high-level designs
- Prototype autonomous agent harnesses to detect and mitigate vulnerabilities
- Architect non-bypassable security guardrails across the SDLC
- Run red-team and adversarial testing of APIs, AI systems, and infrastructure
- Design defenses against prompt injection, data leakage, and jailbreaking
- Architect a Zero-Trust identity control plane for humans and agents
What they're looking for
- 10+ years hands-on security experience across infra, product, system design, DevSecOps
- Proven use of coding agents/LLMs for security workflows
- Red teaming GenAI models and adversarial ML experience
- Defenses against jailbreaking, model hallucination risks
- DevSecOps and cloud security background
