About the role
A hands-on Tech Lead Manager owning an AI system that autonomously builds and maintains data connectors. Leads 4–6 engineers while spending ~60% of time coding, architecture, and evaluations for trusted autonomy.
What you'll do
- Lead and mentor a team of 4–6 engineers
- Own architecture and design of the Connector Builder Agent
- Work on API doc understanding, schema discovery, connector code generation
- Build detection and repair of API changes and failures
- Build evaluation systems to verify autonomous correctness
- Define confidence thresholds and human-intervention rules

- Comfort with LLM/agentic systems
