- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5+ engineers
- Drive technical execution across the full software development lifecycle
- Partner with Product, Operations, Robotics, and Business teams
- Stay hands-on ~20% on architecture, design reviews, and complex problems
- Build and scale engineering teams through hiring and talent development
- Establish engineering practices around code quality and reliability
